Reports & statistics

The catalog of numbers behind the dashboard — people, attendance, finance, and teaching — and the filters that shape them.

The figures behind the dashboard widgets come from a set of statistics the system keeps for your school. This page is a catalog of what each one measures. They surface as dashboard widgets and inside each module's own pages.

Filters

Most figures follow the academic year in the switcher. Attendance and expenses also accept a date range, and expenses can be filtered by fiscal year.

People

ReportWhat it measures
StudentsTotal students, new today / this month / this year, and breakdowns by gender and age.
EnrollmentsTotal, broken down by status (active, inactive, suspended, withdrawn, transferred, completed, pending) and by gender, plus new enrollments over time.
Pre-inscriptionsCounts by status (pending, enrolled, rejected, cancelled) and by gender, plus new ones over time, with a per-level breakdown.
GuardiansCounts by type (father, mother, legal guardian, other) and gender, the average number of students per guardian, and new guardians over time.
StaffCounts by contract type (full-time, part-time, contract, temporary, internship), by gender, and by age.

Staff figures need a module

The staff report is part of the Staff Management module. With it off, staff counts and charts don't appear.

Attendance

ReportWhat it measures
Student attendanceCounts of present, absent, late, and half-day, plus an attendance rate and a punctuality rate — for the whole school, a class, or one student, over a date range.
Staff attendancePresent, absent, late, on-leave, and half-day counts, total work hours, and attendance and punctuality rates — split between teachers and non-teaching staff.

Attendance rate is the share of days marked present; punctuality compares those who showed up (present, late, and half-days). See Student attendance and Staff attendance.

Finance

ReportWhat it measures
PaymentsTotal amount collected (successful payments), the payment count, and counts by status (successful, cancelled, refunded).
Fee installmentsCounts and amounts by status (pending, paid, overdue, cancelled, waived) — total due, paid, and remaining — and a breakdown by level and fee.
ExpensesTotal spend and count, new today / month / year, and breakdowns by category, by vehicle, and by month.

Expense figures need a module

The expenses report is part of the Expenses module, and supports a fiscal-year filter alongside the date range.

Teaching

ReportWhat it measures
Quiz analyticsFor a quiz assignment or across a quiz: average score and percentage, min / max / median, participants and attempts, completion rate, pass rate, a per-question breakdown, and a score distribution.

See Quizzes.

Where these appear

  • Dashboard widgets — the KPIs and charts on the admin dashboard.
  • Module pages — each area (finance, expenses, attendance, quizzes) also shows its own figures in context.
