Dashboards & reports
The dashboard you land on, the widgets admins can arrange, and the statistics behind them.
When you sign in you land on a dashboard built for your role. Administrators get a customizable dashboard of widgets; teachers, students, and parents get focused dashboards for their day. Behind the widgets sits a catalog of statistics — counts, rates, and breakdowns across the whole school.
Who this is for
Everyone has a dashboard. Only administrators can rearrange theirs and see the school-wide statistics; teachers, students, and parents see numbers about their own work or child.
The pieces
| Piece | What it is |
|---|---|
| The admin dashboard | A grid of widgets — KPIs, charts, attendance, and lists — that you add, arrange, and resize. |
| Role dashboards | The fixed dashboards teachers, students, and parents see. |
| Reports & statistics | The numbers behind the widgets: people, attendance, finance, and teaching. |
Everything follows the selected year
The figures reflect the academic year shown in the switcher at the top of the screen. Some reports also take a date range. Switch the year to report on a different one.
