Equipment
Keep a simple register of your school's equipment — boards, projectors, and more.
The Equipment register is a simple catalog of your school's equipment items. You record each item with a type, a name, and an optional purchase date, then search, edit, and remove items as things change.
Module required
Equipment is an optional module. If you don't see it, ask whoever manages your school's modules to turn on Equipment.
A lightweight register
This is a catalog of items — not an asset-tracking system. There's no check-out and return, no maintenance log, condition rating, or cost tracking. Each entry is one item with a type, title, description, and purchase date.
What an item has
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Type | The kind of item — board, data show (projector), or other. |
| Title | The item's name. Required. |
| Description | Optional details. |
| Purchase date | Optional, for your records. |
Add an item

Go to the Equipment page and choose Add.
Fill in the details
Pick the type, give it a title, and add a description or purchase date if you like.
Save
The item joins the register.
Find and manage items
- Search by name and filter by type to find an item.
- Edit an item to update its details.
- Delete items one at a time, or select several and remove them together.
Kept per school
The register belongs to your school, not to a single academic year — it carries across years, so you keep it up to date as equipment comes and goes.
Live tracking
See how parents follow their child's school bus in real time, how admins monitor all active trips at once, and how stop-by-stop progress is recorded as a trip runs.
Timetable
Build conflict-free class schedules — set the school week, describe reality, create groups, generate, then activate so real sessions appear.
