Dashboards & reports
Role dashboards
What teachers, students, and parents see on their dashboards.
Teachers, students, and parents each get a fixed dashboard focused on what matters to them. Unlike the admin dashboard, these aren't rearranged — they show the right things for the role.
Teacher dashboard
A teacher's home for the day:
- KPIs — today's sessions, pending grading, upcoming exams, and total students.
- My classes — the classes they teach.
- Pending grading — assignments and quizzes waiting to be marked.
- Class attendance — a quick view of attendance to take or review.
- Upcoming events and exams.
Student dashboard
A student's overview of their own progress:
- KPIs — attendance rate, average grade, pending assignments, and upcoming exams.
- Today's schedule — the day's classes.
- Attendance — their own attendance, with a simple chart.
- Recent grades and pending assignments.
- Upcoming events and exams.
Behaviour podium
If your school uses the Behaviour module, the student dashboard also shows their podium standing. See Points & leaderboard.
Parent dashboard
A parent picks a child (and the academic year), then sees that child's overview — the same view as the student dashboard, plus:
- KPIs — attendance rate, average grade, next payment due date, and upcoming exams.
- Upcoming payments — what's due for the child.
- Upcoming exams and upcoming events.
Pick the child first
With more than one child, choose which one from the selector before the figures fill in.
