Add teachers

Create teacher records so they can be assigned to subjects, classes, and the timetable.

A teacher record holds the personal and professional details of a member of your teaching staff. Once a teacher exists, they can be assigned to subjects and classes, placed on the timetable, and — in a separate step — given a portal account to log in.

Who this is for

Administrators onboarding teaching staff.

Before you start

  • Have each teacher's basic details ready: full name, phone number, gender, and hiring date.
  • Optionally collect documents to upload — contract, identity document, and résumé.
The Teachers page lists every teacher at your school.
