Reset your password
Regain access when you have forgotten your password.
If you cannot sign in, you can reset your password yourself by email — no need to contact the school.
Who this is for
Any user who has forgotten their password or lost access.
Before you start
- Access to the email address on your account — the reset link is sent there.
Steps
Open Forgot password
On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password.
Enter your email
Type the email address on your account, complete the security check if shown, and choose Send reset link. A link is emailed to that address.
Open the reset link
Open the email and follow the link. It carries a token that the platform checks:

| Valid | The reset form opens — continue below. |
| Invalid or expired | Request a new link from Forgot password. |
| Missing | The link was incomplete — request a new one. |
Set a new password
Enter a new password and confirm it. It must meet the strength requirement — the strength meter shows how it scores. Both entries must match.
Sign in
Submit the form. You are returned to the sign-in page — sign in with the new password.
Reset links expire
A reset link is valid for a limited time. If it has expired, simply request a new one — the most recent link is the one that works.
