Log in to your account
Sign in with your email or username and password.
Signing in is the same on the web app and the mobile app — one account works on both.
Who this is for
Anyone with an account — administrators, teachers, guardians, and students.
Before you start
- Your email or username and password.
- If your account was created for you, you may have a temporary password — see Change a temporary password.
Steps
Open the sign-in page
Go to your school's address and open the Sign in page.
Enter your credentials
Type your email or username and your password. Tick Remember me to keep your email filled in next time on the same device.
Complete the security check
If a security check is shown, complete it. It confirms a real person is signing in and protects the account.
Sign in
Choose Sign in. On success you land on your dashboard, opened for your role.
First sign-in with a temporary password
If your account uses a temporary password, you are sent straight to a screen that asks you to set your own — see Change a temporary password.
If you cannot sign in
- Check the email or username and password for typos.
- Forgot your password? Use the Forgot password link — see Reset your password.
- If you hold more than one role, you choose which workspace to use after signing in — see Switch between available roles.
