Customize the dashboard
Add, arrange, and resize the widgets on the admin dashboard — KPIs, charts, attendance, and lists.
The administrator dashboard is a grid of widgets. You choose which widgets to show, drag them into order, and resize them. Your layout is saved to your account, so each administrator can arrange their own.
Who can customize
Customizing is for administrators. Teachers, students, and parents have fixed role dashboards instead.
Arrange your widgets
Enter edit mode
On the dashboard, turn on Edit. The widgets become movable.
Add or remove
Open the widget panel to add a widget, or remove ones you don't need.
Drag and resize
Drag a widget to reposition it and pull its edge to resize it on the grid.
Done
Turn off edit mode. Your layout is saved automatically for next time.
The widgets
Widgets fall into four groups.
KPIs (single numbers)
Total students, staff, teachers, enrollments, pre-inscriptions, guardians, expenses, and payments collected.
Charts
Distributions and trends, including:
- Students — by gender and by age.
- Staff and teachers — by gender, by contract type, and by age.
- Enrollments — by status.
- Pre-inscriptions — by gender and by status.
- Guardians — by type and by age.
- Fees — fee installments by status.
- Expenses — overall breakdown, by category, by vehicle, and by month.
Attendance
Breakdowns for student, teacher, and staff attendance.
Lists
Upcoming events and recent announcements.
Some widgets need a module
Staff and non-teacher attendance widgets appear only with the Staff Management module, and the expense widgets only with the Expenses module. Widgets for modules you don't use won't be offered.
Filters
The dashboard follows the academic year in the switcher at the top. Widgets that cover a span — like attendance and expenses — use a date range as well, so you can focus a widget on a specific period.
