Publish and share a form
Open a form to applicants, share its link, and close it when done.
A form has to be published before anyone can submit it. Publishing also opens the submissions list where responses arrive.
Form statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Draft | Still being designed. Not visible to applicants. |
| Published | Open and accepting submissions on its link. |
| Closed | No longer accepting submissions. Past responses are kept. |
| Archived | Retired and hidden from the active list. |
Publish the form
Set the schedule
Publishing needs a valid schedule — an opening date and a closing date, both in the future. If none is set, the settings dialog opens so you can add one.
Publish
Choose Publish in the builder header. The status changes to Published and the form goes live for the period you scheduled.
Share the link
From the Forms list, use Copy link on the form's row. Send that link to applicants — for a Public form, anyone with it can submit.
Private forms target audiences
A Private form is only available to the audiences assigned to it. The link still exists, but people outside those audiences cannot submit.
Close a form
When a campaign ends, open the form and choose Close to submissions. The form moves to Closed: the link no longer accepts new responses, and every submission already received stays available for review.
