Configure school modules
Turn on the optional modules your school needs and leave the rest off.
Modules are optional feature areas. Turning a module on adds its screens and tools; leaving it off keeps the platform focused on what your school actually uses. You can change these at any time.
Who this is for
Administrators — only administrators can change modules.
Available modules
| Module | What it adds |
|---|---|
| Staff management | Records and tools for non-teaching staff, including staff attendance. |
| Leave management | Requesting and tracking staff leave. |
| Behaviour | Tracking student behaviour and incidents. |
| Expenses | Recording what the school spends. |
| Transport | Vehicles, routes, and transport tools. Requires Staff management. |
| Equipment | Tracking the school's equipment and assets. |
| Announcements | School announcements tools. |
| Chat | In-app messaging. |
Steps
Turn modules on or off
Use each module's switch to enable or disable it. Some modules depend on others — Transport requires Staff management, so its switch stays disabled until Staff management is on. Turning Staff management off also turns Transport off.
Save your changes
Click Save. The enabled modules' screens and tools appear across the platform.
Tip
Start with only the modules you need now. Enabling a module later is just one toggle away.
